The conflict in Ukraine is once again a reminder to us of the darkness there is in a robust identity gained from religion, culture, history, and race. Coupled with insecurity and the craving to dominate and see reality only from one's own perspective, a triumphant identity transforms humans into demons that squeeze life out of those that seek to escape their captivity.
These are the base reasons for Russia's war against Ukraine - religion, culture, history, race, insecurity, domination.
